Are coco-glycerides made from coconut?

Yes. This one is coconut.

Coco-glycerides are an oil made from coconut oil: the fatty acids of the oil are split off and joined back onto glycerin. The “coco” in the name is the coconut.

They are a light, non-greasy emollient used in creams, lotions, lip balms and some suppositories. On a label they may also appear as hydrogenated coco-glycerides, which is the same thing made solid.

On a label: coco-glycerides · coco glycerides · cocoglycerides · cocoglicéridos · coco-glicéridos · coco glicéridos
